Move sim city 4 to a new location

I moved the game folder of several games including sim city 4 to a new hard drive. All games except sim city 4 where found and I didnt need to reinstallning them. With sim city 4 I get the install button but klicking it dims out for a few seconds and then nothing happens and it returns to the state of being able to click again. Anyone had this issue and ot it solved?

I have found a work-around however it does not solve the issue of reinstalling/launching the game from within Origin client.

I simply created a shortcut to the simcity.exe and gave it administrator privilige. Now I can at least run the game outside origin.
