If you ever redeemed your Product Code in Origin then we should be able to help you recover the code. If not then you may need to repurchase if you do not find your code.
If you registered you game using the old EA account system, the game code is stored in your old EA account for games released prior to 2008, but players are no longer able to access the old EA account system. EA support used to be able to access the old accounts, and if they can still do this, they should be able to tell you what your game code is.
