Origin: NFS Pro Street 1.0 instead of 1.2?

I have Pro Street on Origin but for some reason I get the 1.0 installer version instead of the 1.2 Origin exclusive version when I hit download.

The 1.0 version doesn't feature the Booster Pack (extra tracks and cars). I could install the 1.1 patch which adds them, but that caps the game at 30 FPS. The 1.2 version has the Booster Pack but isn't capped at 30 FPS, why am I not getting it?
