Every time Carmen Mendez challenges me to a highway battle in the second area it loads and loads and loads. It never completes the load and I am not sure what to do. (Playing on Steam)

It has frozen up which means you need to reload the game to stop alt-tab-task manager  end process and then reload the game and redo the job over again.It is to bad Black box is no longer around or they could fix this game which has lot of problems.The cars are not balanced and the graphics aren't that great.
