NFS Undercover Crash after choosing Profile

Greetings,

my NFS Undercover keeps crashing when i choose my profile.

Then i´ll have to close it using the task manager.

Please help

• First, try just running the Windows System File Checker: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
• Then run a disk check: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee872425.aspx
• Try a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

If these troubleshooting steps do not help then you may have a corrupt profile and will need to use or create another profile.

i tried it, didn´t work. I bought it yesterday on steam, it works.

Is there maybe a problem with the Origin Version ?
