Well, this was a while ago but let me tell what I remember. I installed the game using its original .exe but it wouldnt run on windows 10 because of the pop-up asking for adm privilegies. What I did was to search on internet "modified .exe for NFS Carbon for Windows 10". (But remember, there are some bad people in the internet wanting your personal data - so make sure you have an anti virus installed and have a copy of your backed up hdd/ssd in case of something happening).
Not sure where I downloaded the .exe (just dont remember) but i am pretty sure i got it from http://www.moddb.com/.
