NFS Carbon won't start EC 5520 Windows 7

Need for Speed Carbon PC will not start on Win7 64bit keep getting EC 5520 set program to run as Win XP and still same error.

Hi,

Carbon wasn't made for Windows 7 so it might not work properly on that version of Windows. Instead, of XP can you try running it in Vista? Try all the available service packs when doing so.

Additionally, if you upload a dxdiag then I will have a closer look at your system.
