created plays do NOT load correctly in practice/games

After creating plays in CREATE PLAY MODE, they do NOT show up/load correctly when you go to practice or gameplay.

Players in wrong spot

Players do not skate in right direction

I cleared and reset every play to default and then did a total redo.... got the same problem!!

Anyone else experience this??

PLAYSTATION 3.

It's weird, when i first played the games everything was fine..)(about  a month)

Then  I went to practice breakouts and it was all screwed up.

I even deleted everything and re-installed the game...no change
