Try running a UOTrace - http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-uo-trace/. This can help determine issues with your inernet. You also may want to talk to XBox Live support. They actually cleared up an issue I was briefly having with the same problem that had to do with a setting on my router. Can't recall what it was right now unfortunately. EA support should be able to assist as well.

I know this is old but I'm having trouble with NHL17, can you tell me how you added ports??? They have suggested ports but I d k what to do with them.
