So basically earlier today I purchased 1600 Microsoft points from my local game store. I started to use them on the gold premium jumbo packs, ( I opened about 4 or 5 of them) then when I did not have enough points to buy another jumbo pack, I downgraded, and went on to purchase the normal gold premium pack. I clicked download and the pack said that it had downloaded but when I exited the download screen just like every other pack I opened, nothing happened. The game took my Microsoft points but never game me my pack.
Also, when I tried to buy another pack with the points again, the "purchase with Microsoft points" option does not even come up anymore, it just says "Purchase with EA pucks".
I would be greatly appreciated if anybody could help me solve my problem.
