Hockey Ultimate Team (HUT) players from NHL 15 who create a team in HUT 16 can receive a one-time bonus of up to 10 Returning User Packsin HUT 16. This bonus is available for users who played HUT 15 on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.  

Each one of these Returning User Packs features a mix of rare and common gold items, as well as player, training, and contract items. This year’s Returning User Packs contain even more rare items than in previous years. 

When you sign in to HUT 16, HUT will calculate your bonus based on your current HUT 15 progress. The number of packs in your returning user bonus depends on:

• How many HUT games you played in NHL 15.
• How many items you have in your HUT 15 collection.
• Your current Coin balance in HUT 15.

Each Returning User Bonus Pack includes:

• 25 Untradeable Gold Items
  • 7 player items or more
  • Up to 8 rare items 

Additional details:

• Bonus is a one-time offer per player account. 
• Returning HUT players need to redeem the Returning User Bonus in HUT 16. 
• Progress, purchases, items in HUT collection, and so on, will not carry over from HUT 15 to HUT 16.
• HUT determines your Returning User Bonus based on your progress on Xbox One or PlayStation 4
  • If you played HUT 15 on both an last generation and current generation consoles, your Returning User Bonus is based on your current generation console progress.
