Didn't revive money

I was playing NHL 17 this afternoon and I've been saving up the past week for the "team of the year 75,000 coin pack" and I went to go purchase the pack and as soon as I did that it said confirm purchase so I said yes and after I said yes it gave me a notice bar on the bottom left corner saying error code with some numbers so I hit the OK button and I went back into HUT and it took my money and didn't give me the pack that I spent 75,000 coins on. Just wondering what I do and if I can get the pack or my money that I spent back?
