MY ACCOUNT GOT BANNED FOR PLAYING SEASONS!

I was playing seasons naturally and I had to do something so I put autoplay ON, then the game bugged when the quarters finished, skipping quarters to the end of the match and boom! I got banned for doing nothing. Your dumb autopilotgot me into this, EA, and I was about to get my legend Iverson in the weekend... please fix this.

Same! and guess what the reply i got from the support service was? the support service just kept redirecting me to other help service without solving my case and they have the cheeks to say case resolved and closed when no progress has besn made whatsoever!! had to contact EA directly and still waiting for a reply which god knows when there will be a reply.
