Still Freezing!!!!

So all the live chat help people could do is tell me to post my problem here like everyone else. So please fix the problem or start giving me free games since you seem so inclined to waste my time and money

Which platform are you playing the game on? What are you doing before the game freezes?

I play on Xbox One, and it always freezes on free throws. Never at the same point in a game though
