Lost character progress while respeccing in multiplayer [ Edited ]

My character is level 20 are used a character respect token and it reset me to level one I contact customer support and they said they're not going to do anything in the game is operating as intended which is complete * * it says reset a character skill selections not reset him to level one, I have spent in real life cash on the stupid crates and use XP boost to level my character.

It sounds to me like you pressed 'Reset Level' instead of 'Reset Power Points'.

You haven't lost anything particularly important. You've gained an APEX rating boost, and that XP isn't lost totally as it all gets added, and remains in the bonus stat pool for that character. You can't lose anything you pull out of the crate you spent money on either.
