Why does my game face load an old version

When I load my gameface, I keeps loading an old one. I made sure I'm on the right profile and everything. When I go to easports.com/gameface, the new one I created shows up on the website, but as soon as I try to load it on my game, it says I have the newest gameface, and continuously loads the old one.
