Sick of Cheaters [ Edited ]

[Removed - Admin.] had pause glitched me for like 4 hours and he just messaged me "Goodnight" on Madden 15 for Xbox 360. I'll never give this cheater the win. I missed my chance to hit resume and block the attempt. Anything I can do? Someone needs to ban these people so we can have real records on Madden online.
