I forgot the password to my origin account for my main psn account and I don't have access to the email address associated with it. How can i get my main psn associated with this origin account?

help ea. com.  fill out case report. choice CONTACT your new email and phone info.  they will call u back in 5 min or less and they will be able to help you straightin it out.  hope this helps.
