Madden EA account login

When I play madden it asks me to sign in to my ea account to play online. Since I made this account a few years ago it was on a different email, and now since I have a new email adress I want to use it, but it won't let me switch EA accounts on madden 17 or madden 16. Is there any possible way to change my ea account on madden 17? I'm on PS4 by the way.
