I opened quicksell pack it said 1 million coins but I only got 2.5 k

I opened a quiksell pack and when it was revealed to me it said I got 1 million coins but then I quicksold it and only got 2.5k how do u get my million back? Plz because i play madden a lot and don't really have any coins I only had 25 K and I bought an elite badge to get a quicksell pack and I am very sad because that was all my coins.
