Help with db press mechanics

I can't use db press I'm moving RS but the skill trainer keep saying that I did not use the correct press but I'm moving it in the right direction please someone tell me what am I doing wrong or what else I need to push to engage the receiver to be able to press him or when I need to use rs I tried it before and after snap I tried it moving and hold it in one direction I tried to click it I tried almost everything but I'm still not got it. I know I'm dumb but someone please help me it driving me nuts
