Auction House Ripp OFF!!

I recently got ripped off. I was told I had won the auction for V.Davis. I apparently did not win. It started the time again after being told I had won. Therefore I ultimately lost. It happened on Ps3 server at 1:16 or 1:17 pm pacufic time. I understand the lag and have lost several auctions because of it. I however have never lost an auction it said I had won. This is very concerning that this can happen. I waited around for this auction only to be told I won it when in fact I did not. How do you correct this issue?
