Move progress from one game centre to another

Hi. I'm playing Star Wars galaxy of heroes on iPhone and I'm logged in with my wife's game centre. I want to move my progress to my own Game Center and was wondering if there is any way to do that. Or is there any way to retrieve my saved progress and import it on my own Game Center. Thanks
