Fifa 15 Scam

I bought fifa 15 about a month ago and I put hours and hours into fixing it since it doesn't start. (I tried everything on the internet, just to get the same error about some mistake and windows doesn't even know what it is so I do not know how to fi it) I am not able to play a single second and I can't refund it anymore. EA basically scammed me for 20 euro for a game that doesn't work. Give me my money back, that is all I ask!
