I tried the chat to get an answer for this problem but it took awhile to get someone and when I did get connected they disconnected before I could ask anything. (Sanskit I think). I got Theme Hospital when it was On The House. Originally it looked awful so I didn't play it. Now it looks better but I can't get pass the game board. I don't know how to play because there is no info on how to start besides putting your name. IMO Origin should not put out games that don't work on higher end computers. My computer is mid grade but I run Windows 10 which seems to cause problems. Please help me get my Theme hospital to work. Thank you
