the game of life won't install or run HELP

I have had the game of life in my library for a while, and it has never opened correctly. Finally I thought it must be because I hadn't updated my MAC, so I updated it hoping it would work. For some reason it was uninstalled when I reopened origin. So i tried to install it, and it won't install. I uninstalled origin and reinstalled it, but it won't install still. I tried doing everything I can find on forums, but it still won't install. Someone please help! thanks
