origin error reporter unable to report

Origin Error reporter says "Please check your internet connection and try again." Firewall is down, internet connection is fine.

Namely things like Origin Cache, Hosts file, IE settings, Proxy, Antivirus.  Nothing silly running like Peer Block program?
