my cd key isn't recognised by the product redeem page

hi,

i'm having some trouble redeeming the game through cd-key, even if i have physically the game and all.

my pc doesn't have a cd reader, so i must install it via origin.

can anyone help?

As far as I know there are no ways to activate product code for old games in Origin client, because Origin Store was launched in 2011. The games that were released before 2010 or 2011 cannot be activated.
