i havent been sent a product code burn

i bought burnout for my son and we got no product code with it

it took 2 days to download and hes now in tears because he cant play it

iv had to request a refund which im not happy about

when the money is in my account  i want the game for him

its going to take another 2 days to download but how can i guarentee we are going to get the product

it says in the email but there is nothing at all

please help and sort this

 If you need to find your Product Code, then you will find it in the Game Properties in your Origin Library (Right-click on the game icon and select Game Properties).
