I'm writing to complain about your game Heavy weapon I try to download it and when I tried to start it it freezes and locks up my console this is a free game with gold that I want to experience in its entirety but I can't because of this game breaking bug please fix it

Have you tried some of things in this guide from Microsoft?

If select "No" it will go to the next possible solution.  If I had to guess the one with the highest probability of fixing it is the second page, it talks about holding the power button down for 10 seconds.

I don't work for EA, just some random dude.
