Why does game face not work on fight night champion

I've tried for weeks to create a boxer by downloading the photos from ea sports and I also purchased a USB camera and neither of them work.Yes I've my PS3 to the same ea account as the one I uploaded the images on. It says no photos found. With the USB camera I think says USB camera is not connected, but it is connected and my PS3 recognises it?

I know this a old topic but you need the ps3 eye to use the USB option. The is the only way to create boxers now share has gone.
