Theme Park iOS unable to connect

Hi,

After transferring my apps and data from my iPod touch to a new iPad, I am unable to connect to the origin servers on Theme Park. I haven't actually played this game for years so is it even still around? I would like to be able to play again as I used to enjoy it a lot.
