My daughter bought this game recently and it won't start. I have tried it on my PC and laptop both of which are running Win 10. Anyone had similar issues and able to find a solution

Just looked it up, the game uses the SafeDisc copy protection, which had its driver removed from Windows 10, meaning that no game which is protected by SafeDisc can launch on Windows 10. I can't give you a reliable bypass of this issue at this time, except seeking an... executable (stay safe).
