I recently purchased Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (2009) and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007) EA DVD games - both designed to operate on Mac Intel-based machines (spec'ing OS 10.5.5, and OS 10.4.9 or later, respectively).
I'm considering the acquisition of an older Mac Mini (2009 or - preferably - 2010, as the latter shuttles HDMI with audio through a dedicated port, rather than adaptive cables or devices for separate audio and video in the 2009), to connect directly to an HDMI TV, exclusively to play video games through...
As the 2010 Mini operates on a minimum 10.6, and the 2009 10.5 - do you know if these games WILL operated on OS 10.6 (preferably, 10.6.8)?
I'd like to move on a couple of potential purchases ASAP, and your advice will determine which path I should follow.
