First off, what are you doing within the game in order to get to this error to appear.

Next, what is the exact error message that you are experiencing? Ideally you could provide us with a screenshot of it.

When i go to upload player and press upload, it's says " upload server error" I guess its because its full.

Download player still works but the upload function doesn't.

Hopefully you can help me with this.

Thanks for the reply. Can you first please try to see whether opening the standard ports helps in anyway? You can find them in this article: http://help.ea.com/en/article/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/

Additionally, can you let us know whether you are playing on Xbox or on PlayStation?
