Goodbye Deponia [ Edited ]

hallo i have a big problem,

at goodbye deponia my game will crash always on the same part of the game. my screen turn black and after some seconds i get an message that the game has problems and it has to turn off.  i tried to repair the game after that i tried to install it new too but it doesnt help.

maybe you have some more idears

pls help me

Although there are many German topics, don't let that distract you. It is totally fine to post  in English there.
