Gatling Gears [ Edited ]

I am stuck in Gatling Gears.

Level 5.1: last area, first level.

I get to an area where I kill a large tank and then nothing happens.

Replyed 5 times.  Same outcome.

Please help.

Hello,

We just started to play Gatling gears. We uncountered problem while playing. In each game resets upgrades of second player. Sometimes is possible to buy them again, sometimes we have to reload game to be able to buy them. Skill for second player are always lost.

It there any way to combat this?

Anyone know why Gatling Gears is no longer available for the XBox 360?

I purchased the game from Steam.

When I start it an activation dialog pops up that asks me for the CD key.

Clicking "View CD key" in Steam results in a never ending "Requesting key..." message.

I contacted Steam support and they referred me to EA support.

@ohad188 Hi,

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our end here.

Since you bought and registered the game on Steam, you will need to get in touch with Steam Support again, explain to them that you received no CD key in any communication by email with them with your purchase and neither are able to view the CD key by clicking on "View CD key" within the Steam client.

Once they tell you the CD key, of the game that you purchased from them, you should be able to pop that into the activation dialog.

What if I show you a proof of purchase?

EA support provided me with a Steam key once I proved to them I purcharsed one of their games, isn't this a similar case?

No, because in that case, you had purchased the game from us, not the other way around.

Unfortunately with these types of issues you always need to contact the retailer. I am sorry that they did not make that clear when you first contacted them.

Actually I purchased it from GamersGate, and EA still provided me with keys.

As for Steam support, here is their response:

This title is no longer listed in the steam store, and the original Steam version did not use or distribute CD Keys.
That was a change that happened after we stopped distributing the game.
We cannot assist you with this issue, because we do not have CD Keys to distribute.
The developer support team will need to assist you with this issue.

Have you seen my message?

It seems that they never had any keys to distribute, since it wasn't needed while they were distributing the game.

EA made the change that mandated CD keys after they stopped distributing it.

In other words they don't have any keys to give because you never supplied them with any.

It seems like the only way to resolve this would be if you supplied me with a key, given a proof of purchase from my end of course.

It doesn't stand to reason that I can't play a game that I fully paid for.
