I am not aware of any plans for an EA Sports Floorball game at this stage. That said, we do accept ideas for features for our EA Sports titles here: http://www.easports.com/gamechangers/ideas

Not that I'm aware of, I think it's a relatively niche game(on a global scale). You can find info on upcoming announced games at http://www.ea.com/coming-soon
