Fight Night Champion unable to retrieve Terms and Conditions

This is an issue on EA's side. They don't value their customers hence there is no fix after months of this.

However, although EA can't be bothered to fix this simple issue, you can rely on the loyal FNC community.

How to accept the terms:

(unfortunately) Buy or trial "EA access" via your xbox.

download the game SSX. (its only a small download)

run it and accept the terms there. 

you should now be able to play FNC.

I did it with Fifa 20 demo on my xbox one. Accept the terms in that game.

@Thadude8205 Just today I came back to FN on PS3 after a couple of moths and again it asked me for terms and conditions. Even though I've previously accepted and it worked fine. Anyways, I've managed to accept the terms once again without issues within FIFA 19. And then FN worked fine for Online modes. hope it helps for you too. Good luck.

PS: Sad too see EA still not giving a f**k about loyal Fight Night players.

Easy fix for xbox one trying to play fnc.

Go download nhl19 should be free and accept those terms and conditions ... if you have nhl either save all your game data on a USB or delete them files ... nonetheless delete the game data re open it and agree to ea .. your welcome . Free99
