Lost Serial for B&W2

I have all the original Black & White 2 & B&W2: Battle of the Gods installation disks but lost my serials. Can you help me retrieve them or reissue me new ones?

If you lost your serial code and don't have the game installed on an old computer, you need to contact Customer Support. They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us if you registered your game to your account, it should be easy to get the code. Cursor in B&W2 is bugged, mainly it stutters and when I move mouse slowly the cursor doesnt move at all. When I move it fast the cursor responds normally. Funny thing is that I played B&W2  on my computer some time ago (like two years) and it was totally fine on the same hardware and system win7 x64. I have searched everywhere and there is no solution to this problem.

Although in meantime I installed windows7 sp1 and latest drivers including directx. If it helps I tried various compatibility modes.

Getting real sick of this.

I bought the game yesterday and played through half of it with no problems. Upon trying to go to the next level, (2nd Japanese level) my game crashes and tells me that the "Core Application has stopped working".

I've tried running in Administration mode - it doesn't help.

If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

If I don't get help, I'm just going to pirate a copy and figure it out from there. Honestly couldn't care whether you lose money or not anymore.

So I downloaded and installed Black and White 2: BotG, which has been in my library for quite some time, and when it is all ready to play, I launch the game and an error message of 'EC: 5570' comes up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times, to no avail.

I do have the original B&W game installed, but it is on a disk, and not on Origin, could this be the problem?

Also, my PC can run Skyrim on basically full graphics, so it shouldn't be a video card issue or anything like that, and the original game runs just fine.

In the Advanced section of the Origin settings, my Game Installers and Downloaders are both set to download into the normal E: drive, just different folders, which I think is fine also?

The game launches.. but the mouse pointer appears to be stuck in the left-top corner of the screen... the game doesn't crash or anything... i just can't get the cursor to move on the touchpad
