DLC for DA2 is acquired from the BioWare site, then installed to your game.

You go to the BioWare Social Network (BSN) and chose "My Games" from the menu on the left

and see which ones are registered to your current account.

Then check "Your Registered Game Content" at: User Entitlements, and see what's listed.

The DLC associated with your account will have a "Download - PC" link to the right

You can download onto your local machine and install afterwards, (which is what I do)

or you can select "Run" when you start the download to install directly.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact the EA Customer Service folk at: http://help.ea.com.

They are the only ones who can do anything about account, authorization codes, or purchase problems.
