Is it possible to play your own music while playing DAII?

Easiest way would be to turn of the ingame music and run your music in a separate audio player.

Having your music integrated in the game itself is more complicated. You can check what the modder community came up with, but it may require some research and modifications and I'm not sure it’s worth the trouble.
