Keep won't sync

I'm having an issue getting my Dragon Age 2 hero to upload to the Keep. He was in there for awhile but now it's my old hero, whose save has been deleted from my computer. I can't get the Keep to get my new hero to show up. I've finished the whole game with him, connected online and logged it, but he just isn't there in the Keep?

The Keep did sync after a bit. Not sure what made it sync but something clicked with it.

@whyturtles Hey, we were seeing some reports of issues with the Keep recently. Does it persist now?

If so, can you try logging in with a different browser as a test?

Wonderful, thanks for the update. It looks like there was an issue on the server end that was cleared up.
