Dead Space 3 Saves Disappeared [ Edited ]

My files have disappeared on dead space 3. I hadn't played origin in a while, and it made me update. I went to reload cloud save in properties, but the option was not available. Is there anyway I can get my save back? I was near the end with a friend, and I don't think I can get him to play it with me again. My achievements are all still there, but it is like I never played the game.

Gotcha, have you tried repairing the game by right clicking it in the Origin library and selecting the Repair option?
