DEAD SPACE ANDROID ZERO-G PROBLEM

Hello EA!

I've been having trouble with the Zero-G feature, I'm shaking my phone and the rig is green but i still cant zero-g jump. I tried to reinstall it and nothing happened. my phone is Lenovo A536.
