RED ALERT 3 The game can not start

Hello! I have purchased the boxed version of C.C. Red Alert 3. I wanted to play it, but I can't launch it due to an error. I don't know what to do next; I've contacted EA support, but haven't received a response yet. I also have the CC Ultimate Edition. Could there be an issue with it since Red Alert 3 is included but only in English? Can someone please advise me?
