Quick Match, Join, and Host icons aren't functional

My Quick Match, Join, and Host buttons aren't being detected or operational. I am connected via ethernet connection. I even disabled the old videos mod. What can I do?

No Quickmatch, Host, or Join icon.

@tinytank64 I'm fairly sure this means there are still mods enabled.
Any mods, no matter how small the tweak, disable online play.
