my old account has my sims 3 product code but i cant get the password and now i cant play the sims game i got for christmas and before you say go to forgot password and get it emailed to the email address you used. i did and it didnt email the password so thanks alot mileysad:

@bexpie Please contact an Advisor for assistance with this issue:
1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Next' at the bottom right
5. Select your platform and then 'Next' again
6. Select topic from the drop down and type in a short description of your issue.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

@bexpie You can also schedule a call back if it is available for your country. You can check in the top left hand corner of help.ea.com if you country is listed, if it is select it and the relevant contact options should be presented to you.
