pack installing issues :(

so im trying to download sims 4 backyard stuff pack, and i just bought it for myself since its the last one i need and every time i go to download it it says i need to click accept on the user agreement to let it download, but all the others didnt do that? and the pop up doesnt even show up, im very upset with this and i just want my final pack any suggestions?

ALSO I HAVE TRIED LOGGING OUT AND LOGGING BACK INTO ORIGIN
