origin problems for sims 4

I bought the sims 4 and tried to install it yesterday. Everytime the origin account sign in came up thata when I had problems. It kept saying that I had to be online to sign in for the first time even though I was online. Any suggestions

Hi,

When i try to activate my sims 4 it says temporarily unavailable. I have tried all day yesturday and since 8 this morning. I will NOT purchase through this company agian if it pursists. Please tell me how to fix this!!!

Having issues with origins 

couldn't log in cant play the game!

my husband called origins and when it could not be solved they were magically disconnected!

Now my daughter can't play the game she got for Christmas and we are out $60!
